On 24 January 2024, the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) at HKSYU held the kick-off ceremony for the third "Student Ambassador Programme". The ceremony was attended by Prof. CHEUNG Siu Keung, Vice President (University Administration); Dr. CHOW Tak Sang, Associate Academic Vice President (Teaching and Learning Development); Ms. YIP Sau Yin, Associate Vice President (Student Affairs); Mr. Calvin Lam, an alumnus and the mentor of Student Ambassador Programme; as well as representatives from the previous two cohorts of student ambassadors and the 17 newly appointed student ambassadors.

The kick-off ceremony was held at Mrs Dorothy Koo and Dr Ti Hua Koo Plaza, where the officiating guests and student ambassadors jointly pulled the string to open the gift box on the stage. This symbolic act marked the official inauguration of the third cohort of student ambassadors. Ms. YIP Sau Yin, Associate Vice President (Student Affairs), emphasized in her speech that this program reflects HKSYU’s commitment to well-rounded student development. She said that the “Student Ambassador Programme” enables the observation of students’ change and growth. HKSYU will continue to provide more opportunities for students to unleash their potential and contribute to the university and the community.

香港樹仁大學(xué)學(xué)生事務(wù)處於2 0 2 4 年1月2 4日舉行第三屆「學(xué)生大使計(jì)劃」啟動(dòng)禮。仁大行政副校長張少強(qiáng)教授、仁大協(xié)理學(xué)術(shù)副校長（教學(xué)發(fā)展）周德生博士、仁大協(xié)理副校長（學(xué)生事務(wù)）葉秀燕女士、校友兼學(xué)生大使導(dǎo)師林偉豪先生、兩屆學(xué)生大使代表，與17位新一屆學(xué)生大使一起主持啟動(dòng)儀式。

啟動(dòng)禮在顧鐵華費(fèi)肇芬伉儷廣場舉行，當(dāng)日各主禮嘉賓與學(xué)生大使手執(zhí)拉繩，一起拉開臺(tái)上的禮物盒，象徵第三屆學(xué)生大使正式上任。仁大協(xié)理副校長(學(xué)生事務(wù))葉秀燕女士致辭時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，這個(gè)計(jì)劃反映仁大對(duì)學(xué)生全人發(fā)展的重視。她表示，透過「學(xué)生大使計(jì)劃」能見證同學(xué)改變和成長，學(xué)校將繼續(xù)為學(xué)生提供更多機(jī)會(huì)，讓他們發(fā)揮才能，為學(xué)校和社區(qū)作出貢獻(xiàn)。

「學(xué)生大使計(jì)劃」自2 0 2 1-2 2 年度開始舉辦，計(jì)劃為期兩年，每年選出一批願(yuàn)意成長的學(xué)生代表，接受一年實(shí)用技巧培訓(xùn)，包括演講、接待嘉賓、形象管理等；第二年將實(shí)踐所學(xué)，於各部門的活動(dòng)中擔(dān)任不同崗位，包括接待來校的交流生及活動(dòng)嘉賓，並有機(jī)會(huì)擔(dān)任活動(dòng)統(tǒng)籌角色等。計(jì)劃旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、接待及溝通技巧，透過訓(xùn)練裝備自己，發(fā)展所長，並提供學(xué)生各種校內(nèi)外活動(dòng)的服務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)。
專業(yè)司儀、擔(dān)任學(xué)生大使導(dǎo)師的新傳系校友林偉豪先生在啟動(dòng)禮致辭時(shí)表示，他在樹仁不僅獲得知識(shí)，更從活動(dòng)統(tǒng)籌中獲得經(jīng)驗(yàn)及認(rèn)識(shí)到一班志同道合的朋友；他鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大使把握每個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，嘗試參與不同的活動(dòng)，擴(kuò)闊社交圈子。

「學(xué)生大使計(jì)劃」啟動(dòng)禮標(biāo)誌學(xué)生大使在培養(yǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、接待及溝通技巧方面的努力有所收獲。英文系唐聞倩同學(xué)和社工系黃日賢同學(xué)，於典禮上分享了他們的參與經(jīng)歷和學(xué)習(xí)體會(huì)，不但認(rèn)識(shí)了自己，更發(fā)掘到自己的潛能和發(fā)展方向，收穫良多。為肯定學(xué)生大使達(dá)成計(jì)劃的要求，行政副校長張少強(qiáng)教授在啟動(dòng)禮上頒發(fā)證書予學(xué)生大使，勉勵(lì)學(xué)生大使繼續(xù)努力，達(dá)成目標(biāo)。
